One-time service fees are non-refundable. If the end user has a reason to believe that the payment was charged in error, they can provide written notice to our Customer Support and request a refund of their fee by emailing us at info@freewebsitetoapp.com.
Services are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours after payment.
When eligible, fee refunds can be performed by Customer Support only up to a period of 7 days from the fee payment date, and only if the deliverables (Such as app files) associated with the service have not been downloaded or used outside of the platform, whether for commercial or personal use.
If the refund request is accepted by our support team, refunds are processed within 24 hours to the customer’s original payment method and can take up to 1 to 7 business days to be received.
We will not refund service fees after that time or after deliverables have been downloaded or used outside of the Free Website To App platform. Eligibility for a refund will be assessed by our Customer Support team based on a number of factors, including, without limitation, violations of our Terms of Service and improper usage of the Free Website To App platform.
